As of June 1st, 2022, we will no longer be accepting MOST insurances. As of June 1st, 2022, we will only be accepting Motor Vehicle Accident claims, L&I claims, Triwest, Premera (TMP teamsters plan) as well as Cash pay patients (flex spending and HSA cards accepted). We understand this may be an inconvenience to our community and we apologize greatly for these upcoming changes. As we continue to navigate our way through these difficult times, as a very small business, this is yet another step that must be taken. As always thank you for your understanding and support.
